Faster, tighter and more efficient painting with modern airless spray technology.
Airless paint sprayers
At RoyalPaint we use airless paint sprayers to carry out painting jobs faster and more precisely than with traditional techniques such as roller or brush. This advanced spraying technique ensures a completely even, streak-free finish - ideal for both new builds and large projects.
We put airless painting in where it really counts: saving time without losing quality. Find out below how it works, what the advantages are, and when airless spraying is the right choice for your project.

Painting technique for a streak-free, even finish
What is airless paint spraying?
Airless paint sprayers is an advanced painting technique in which paint is atomised under high pressure and sprayed directly onto the surface. This method allows for fast and streak-free work, with a particularly tight end result.
At RoyalPaint we fit airless painting apply to projects where quality, speed and finish are essential. Think new construction, large areas, commercial spaces and industrial premises.
Airless, high-pressure paint spraying
How does airless painting work?
Airless paint sprayers works differently from traditional techniques. Instead of applying with a roller or brush, the paint is pressed through a special nozzle under very high pressure. This creates a fine mist without air, evenly distributed over the substrate.
This technique:
Leaves a smooth surface without structure or deposits
Provides high coverage with fewer layers
Avoids roller marks, brush streaks or difference in gloss
Is suitable for walls, ceilings, facades, halls and more
Thanks to the use of professional spraying equipment, we can smoothly finish even hard-to-reach areas - without sacrificing accuracy or cleanliness.

More speed, fewer layers, tight end result.
What are the advantages of airless paint spraying?
Airless painting is not only faster than traditional techniques - it is also much more precise. The fine misting ensures a super smooth finish, without streaks or overlapping. You also save on time and material costs, especially for larger surfaces.
Below, we list the main advantages of airless paint spraying:
✔️ Up to 5x faster than traditional painting
✔️ Streak-free, even finish without texture differences
✔️ Higher coverage per coat = fewer coats of paint needed
✔️ Fewer labour hours = lower total price for large areas
✔️ Professional look, also on sight and detail areas
✔️ Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications
At RoyalPaint, we combine this technique with our expert knowledge, preparation and finishing to perfection. This way, we get the best out of airless painting and deliver durable quality.
The right choice for speed, scale and high degree of finishing
When is airless spraying the right choice?

FAQS
Frequently asked questions on airless paint spraying
Do you still have questions about how airless painting works, when it is suitable or what to expect? Below, we answer the most common questions about this efficient spraying technique.
What is the difference between airless paint spraying and traditional painting?
Airless painting does not use air, but high pressure to atomise the paint. This creates a fine and even layer without streaks or roller texture. Traditional painting is done with brush or roller and often leaves marks.
Is airless painting suitable for all surfaces?
Not every surface is suitable. Airless paint spraying works best on large, flat areas such as walls, ceilings and facades. Small details or hard-to-reach areas are finished by hand if necessary.
Does the room have to be empty for airless spraying?
Ideally, yes. Because fine misting occurs, an empty or well-covered space is important. We always take precautions such as taping and covering, but an empty space gives the best results and prevents risk of mist damage.
Is airless painting more expensive than traditional painting?
Not necessarily. Although the equipment and preparation are more intensive, airless painting often saves time and labour hours - especially on large areas. As a result, it is often more cost-effective at project level.
How long does it take to spray a room with airless technique?
The execution itself is very quick - often only a few hours per room. Most of the time goes into preparation (masking, covering) and finishing. Yet we finish on average up to 5x faster than with classic painting.
Is airless paint suitable for indoors and outdoors?
Yes. There are airless systems for both indoor and outdoor applications. Inside, we usually use wall paints or lacquers, outside breathable facade paints or kalei. We always choose the right combination for each project.
Does airless painting leave an odour or mist in the house?
There is briefly a slight mist during spraying, but it quickly disappears. The paint used is usually water-based and low odour. We ventilate well and leave the room tidy.
